For some custom items, we may charge some sample costs, and all the sample costs can be refunded back when you place the order in the future.

Artwork Details:

Please do the artwork in JPG, PDF, PSD, AI, EPS, TIFF, CDR format; CMYK at least 72dpi

We can also do it with your custom designs in details as required.

File Transfer:

If the file is less than 4mb, please send us by email.

Otherwise, please upload to our FTP (Please advise by email and our FTP address, name & password will be sent).

It can also be sent to your own FTP, then we can download. 

Returns:

All items must be returned in their original status & package within 7days.

ONLY stand returning acceptable - as image made accordingly.

No resell acceptable.

All return fees on you.
